Suburban Construction Ltd was founded in mid 2014 as a construction company. From humble beginnings, the group has since diversified its service offering into the wider real estate sector. We now boasts a wide range of services: Suburban Construction, Suburban Logistics, Suburban Development and Ri-Shape Studio.

Our expertise spans over a wide range of services in tandem with the full cycle of the construction process, moreso with regard to Design – Build projects. These services include but are not limited to; Feasibility Studies (Market Studies and Project Viability Appraisals), Concept/Outline Designs with initial project estimates, Schematic and Engineering Drawings, Bills of Quantities, Construction Works and Logistics.

Our simple goal is to provide the highest level of service possible through consistent value engineering. Our successful design and build construction approach is based on efficient workflow system, high mechanization and reliance on IT, aggressive subcontractor administration, accurate cost control and relationship management (client, supplier and employee).
